The Dellamano operating principle

One licensed owner.
Every trade. Every permit. Every warranty conversation.

Dellamano Construction Inc. was founded on a diagnosis: renovations don’t fail on the construction. They fail on the coordination between the trades. So Aldo built the company around fixing that at the source.

After 20 years watching South Florida renovations run late and over budget, Aldo Dellamano recognized that the failure point was almost never the construction work itself. It was the coordination between the trades. The plumber blamed the mechanical guy. The mechanical guy blamed the GC. The GC blamed the sub. Every gap became the homeowner’s problem.

So Aldo went and earned all five state licenses personally — General (CGC1525289), Roofing (CCC1335157), Mechanical (CMC1251666), Plumbing (CFC1434398), and Electrical (EC13015530). Every one is verifiable on the Florida DBPR portal. Every one carries a separate state exam, continuing-education requirement, insurance minimum, and public complaint record.

That means one contractor signs every permit, coordinates every trade, and stands behind every line item on your fixed-bid proposal.

Family-run since 2005

Aldo runs the field. Kiersten Dellamano, his wife, runs the office — every email, phone call, and text answered by one of them during business hours. Homeowners routinely describe direct owner access as the difference between a smooth renovation and a stressful one, and the reviews back that up.

The operating principle

Every project runs on a written fixed-bid proposal signed at contract. No allowance games. No T&M add-ons at the end. No sub-of-a-sub finger-pointing on a bad inspection day. Just one contract, one signature, one owner accountable from estimate through final walkthrough — and one number to call if anything ever comes up later.

Whether the project is a poolside outdoor kitchen in Parkland, a full custom build in Boca Raton, a whole-home re-pipe in Coral Springs, or a commercial tenant fit-out on a hard opening date, the operating principle is the same. One contractor. Five licenses. Every trade under one signature.
