Will the finish hold up in salt air?
Materials are specified for coastal exposure — 316 stainless, sealed stone, marine-grade fasteners, weatherproof cabinet boxes. What lasts in the Northeast doesn't always last here.
Do you coordinate with pool builders?
When we're building the pool, everything is under one contract. When another contractor is on the pool, we coordinate but bid our scope separately.
