Terms of Service

Terms of service.

What using this site means, and what it doesn’t. The construction contract for any project we take is a separate written document with different, project-specific terms.

Effective July 14, 2026. Last reviewed July 14, 2026.

1. Acceptance

By using this website (dellamanoconstruction.com and any subdomains) you agree to these terms. If you don’t, please don’t use the site.

2. Purpose of the site

This site exists to describe Dellamano Construction Inc.’s services, share our licensing and portfolio information, publish educational content about construction contracting in South Florida, and give prospective clients a way to request an estimate.

Nothing on this site constitutes a construction contract, a binding price quote, or a warranty of workmanship. Every Dellamano project runs on a separate written fixed-bid contract signed after a walk-through — the contract governs the project, not this website.

3. Content accuracy

We make a good-faith effort to keep everything on this site current and accurate. See our editorial policy for details on how content is reviewed and corrected. That said:

  • Timelines, scopes, and process descriptions are typical ranges based on our recent work. Your specific project may vary; the actual timeline and scope are what your signed contract commits to.
  • Educational content (blog posts, FAQs) reflects Aldo Dellamano’s professional opinion as a Florida licensed contractor. It is not legal, financial, or engineering advice.
  • License numbers shown on this site are Aldo Dellamano’s personally held Florida state credentials, verifiable in real time on the FL DBPR portal. If DBPR shows something that contradicts what’s on this site, DBPR is authoritative.

4. Portfolio and client references

Project photographs on this site are Dellamano Construction Inc.’s own work unless otherwise noted. Google reviews reproduced on this site are public reviews from Aldo’s Google Business Profile and are used with fair-use attribution. Case studies reference real reviewers with details limited to what those reviewers publicly disclosed; specific client identifying details beyond that are omitted for privacy.

5. Your conduct

Please don’t:

  • Submit false or misleading information through our contact form (spam, fake leads, or nonsense text).
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its infrastructure, or any backend systems.
  • Scrape, mirror, or systematically download content from this site for redistribution or resale.
  • Use our name, logos, license numbers, or content in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation we haven’t granted.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site — copy, photography, layout, design system, and code — is owned by Dellamano Construction Inc. and (where applicable) our design partners. Reasonable personal-use browsing is fine; systematic copying or commercial reuse is not. If you want to use something specifically, email [email protected] for permission.

7. Third-party links

We link to third-party sites (FL DBPR, Google Business Profile, social profiles, and referenced vendors). We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or their terms.

8. Warranty disclaimer

This site is provided “as is.” Nothing on it creates a warranty of any kind. Project warranties are governed by your signed construction contract.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, Dellamano Construction Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on information published here. If you engage us on a project, the construction contract governs project-related liability.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts sitting in Broward County, Florida.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If the changes are substantive, we’ll update the “last reviewed” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Contact

Questions about these terms: [email protected] or call (561) 654-7243.
