Kitchen Remodeling · the questions Aldo answers every week.
How long does a typical South Florida kitchen remodel take?
Six to twelve weeks from demo to final walkthrough. Long-lead cabinetry or imported stone can push the far end. Every fixed-bid commits to a specific window in writing.
Do you handle permits, inspections, and HOA approvals?
Every permit signed by Aldo personally under FL CGC #1525289. Inspections scheduled by our office. HOA architectural submittals prepared on your behalf.
Are gas line and 240V electrical relocations included in the bid?
Yes. Mechanical, plumbing, and electrical licenses in-house — self-performed, priced into the fixed bid.
Can I buy my own appliances?
Yes. Owner-supplied appliances are welcome; we install, connect, and integrate.
